Businesses with annual revenue below US$5 million may qualify for free UiPath licenses under the Community Agreement. If eligible, TaskSultan builds one focused first automation free within the agreed scope.
You can also start with Power Automate for desktop at no extra cost for attended personal productivity tasks on Windows 11. That free use is limited: for example, desktop flows cannot be shared or triggered from the cloud, and premium features may need a license. See Microsoft's Power Automate licensing FAQ.

UiPath can run its own published agents from Studio workflows. TaskSultan is for teams seeking an independent worker, deployment choices or connected business knowledge. For durable, cross-team orchestration with people, robots and agents, Maestro may be the better fit.
The agent worker runs wherever you deploy it. If the model uses an external API, only the configured request data goes to that model endpoint. Model, credentials, data boundary and usage terms are agreed before rollout.
